Heyyyy Nowwww…..When I first came up with the idea of having a Stern superfan of the week, I wanted the first person to be special, and I thought long and hard of who it should be. Then I saw my Facebook page and I saw this persons’ birthday coming up on Sunday April 3rd, and I knew it had to be him. He was a true superfan in all ways, he was a regular caller on The Howard Stern show and also The Miserable Men show, he was at many of the Stern fan events and parties too. The man i’m writing about is the one and only Cyrus Johnson. Cyrus is unfortunately not with us anymore he passed away last year, but his legacy lives on. I never met Cyrus, but was his “friend” on Facebook, and that is where Cyrus always rocked. His Facebook updates were always funny, outrageous and totally Cyrus. His calls into The Stern Show and Miserable Men were always witty and funny, just like the man who made them, I do miss Cyrus and his posts and his calls but I digress….R.I.P Cyrus and Happy Birthday in heaven on Sunday we miss you down here and I am glad that you are our first Stern superfan of the week…..

Im puttin in my two cents here, but it would be a nice tribute that every year the first SSFOTW of April be forever Cyrus’. Just a thought. His calls always made me smile.
